I agree between my BA XR8 and F6 BUT called in to Courtesy Ford in Palmerston North today to see if they had any FG FPV's to look at. Had quite a long talk to the salesman about XR6 Turbo versus F6 and it sounds like the 270 versus 310kw isn't such a difference as the XR6T has an over boost function that the F6 doesn't. It lifts torque by around 10% for a few seconds which means the XR6T exceeds the F6 by around 20nm although F6 torque curve is nearly flat. His words were that there is very little difference between the two and its going to cause a problem for the F6.

What a week this is turning out to be......CJ buying an FPV Ute, Zam buying a V8 Ute and Sam taking a new Ute for a spin...............Ute's rule.
